For this idea, we first created a big data. We needed to reach our target audience, which we know to be mobile users, while on the go. We placed digital icons in our stores one week before the opening and collected their data as our potential customers passed by.
We started to share our 360-degree live broadcast notifications to the target audience we determined from the collected data. For the first time in the history of the world, people witnessed the opening of the store with a 360-degree live broadcast.
As a result, we reached 1,281,000 online users and 275,000 people who participated in the Adidas Original store opening live broadcast. Our grand opening was huge thanks to our attendees.
