We organized an extraordinary event with 360° VR Conference Experience at Ceva The Future project, which took place at Istanbul Hilton Congress and Fair Hall.
Event Redefining Conference Presentations
A magnificent meeting at the Istanbul Hilton Convention and Fair Hall: Ceva The Future project. This event aimed to bring together the leading professionals of the poultry industry under one roof. In this project, where a unique platform was created with the participation of incubation systems and field technical experts, we decided to put our signature under an extraordinary and great idea. We set out to realize a project where 200 people can have an unforgettable experience at the same time.
The first step of our project was taken by shooting 360 videos at Ceva’s factory in Hungary. We have worked diligently to harmonize the images we obtained from these shots with virtual reality. We made it possible for them to see the process in more detail by including various animation narrations in the planned 360 films.
We created a local network to synchronize 200 VR glasses to each other. Thanks to this network, we have provided simultaneous video transmission to all VR glasses.
As a result, the participants came together at the Ceva The Future event and shared a fascinating experience.
