How are photo booth prices determined?
Photo booth prices depend on the model, camera, lighting, printing equipment, software licence and AI credits. We also scope custom content, shipping, installation and support to prepare a purchase proposal that fits your business.
Are these products for rent or for sale?
This page is for purchasing Activation King hardware. If you need an experience for a single event, explore Harikalar’s experience rental catalogue.
Does every model take photos?
Pro and Smart are configured as photo booths, with the camera selected separately. Sharing Station does not take photos; sharing requires compatible software and printing requires a separate printer. Totem photo and virtual try-on workflows require a separately planned camera and suitable software integration; its standard setup does not include a photo printer.
Are software and AI features included?
Hardware and software are scoped separately. Licences, AI credits and custom content are selected for your workflow. Not every application or scenario is automatically included in every licence.
Can I use my own branding?
Screen flows, photo frames and digital outputs can be tailored to your brand. Body branding and White Label scope depend on the selected model and licence.
Can I use my preferred printer?
We verify your preferred printer’s connection, driver and compatibility with the selected software. Photo, strip and thermal output formats are planned accordingly; the printer, paper and integration scope are defined separately.
Can I charge for each use?
Smart Booth offers a Nayax payment module and holder option. Service activation, transaction terms and software compatibility are verified separately for your location.
Does virtual try-on guarantee physical fit?
No. The scenario shown supports visual discovery and engagement; it does not guarantee size, fit or physical product suitability. Supported products and output quality are established through testing.
How are visitor photos and data handled?
Data collection, consent wording, retention periods and sharing workflows should be planned around your business’s obligations and selected software. Marketing permissions are considered separately.
