The ITTF Summit – Conference 2025 brought together the international table tennis community in Doha, Qatar, for a distinguished gathering hosted by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF).
The objective was to deliver a world-class conference experience combining an impactful main entrance, professional stage production, comprehensive conference setup, institutional branding, technical arrangements, and integrated event management.

We envisioned the ITTF Summit Conference as an integrated international experience where purposeful design, institutional identity, and innovative event production connected people and ideas.
A distinctive main entrance established the first impression, leading into a professionally designed conference environment featuring an impactful stage, cohesive branding, and integrated audiovisual elements.
Every detail was designed to create a seamless journey from arrival to the conference stage, reflecting the international character of ITTF while supporting an engaging and professional programme.

The conference brought together complete entrance production, stage design and fabrication, conference-space setup, institutional branding, audiovisual systems, and integrated event management within one coordinated delivery.
