We prepared the federation’s annual meeting within a shared institutional and technical setting.

Brief
ITTF’s Annual General Meeting brought federation members together in Doha within a formal meeting setting. The event required an environment and technical preparations expressing the institutional character of a general assembly.
The scope covered preparing the space from the main entrance to the meeting stage, complemented by branding and technical arrangements.
Insight
Design at a general assembly supports the structure and focus of the institutional meeting. When arrival, stage and meeting areas are connected, the federation’s identity becomes a readable framework throughout the venue.
Planning visual representation and technical arrangements together allows the event space to be prepared as a whole for the programme.
The Idea
We approached the AGM as a delivery that translated institutional identity into the meeting environment. The main entrance, stage and meeting setup were connected through a common visual language.
Event branding and technical arrangements formed parts of the same production approach, preparing a setting suited to the formal character of the assembly.
Execution
We delivered the main entrance, stage production and meeting-space setup. Institutional branding, technical arrangements and related event elements were coordinated within one on-site delivery.
The physical and technical components were prepared together. The project delivery centred on spatial setup and production for the federation’s meeting.
