Brief

Trendyol wanted three experience zones for their new Maslak Campus that would turn the campus itself into physical contact with the brand. The goal wasn't decorative installation — it was to create permanent touchpoints where employees and visitors could feel the brand's global story, positive impact and character every time they entered.

From concept to production, software to on-site installation, the entire process was led by Harikalar — working directly with Trendyol.

02 — Insight

Insight

Corporate campuses are mostly transit zones. People enter, take the elevator and head to their offices. Yet a campus is the most valuable space where a brand can tell its own story to its most loyal audience — employees and visitors.

Brand environment isn't a logo wall — it's an interactive narrative. A story lived every time someone passes through is far stronger than a static message.

03 — The Idea

The Idea

We installed a three-layer, three-technology interactive experience zone at Maslak Campus. Each experience tells its own standalone story, and together they reveal different faces of Trendyol's identity.

1. Hologram Experience Zone — Global Story Flow

Positioned at the main entrance, the hologram installation staged the 35 countries where Trendyol operates through a fluid, attention-grabbing animation. Every employee and visitor entering the campus senses the brand's global scale at a glance.

2. Interactive Wall — Positive Impact

We designed a custom interactive wall to surface the projects and positive impact Trendyol has generated throughout its lifecycle. Headlines on the wall are opened via integrated buttons. Visitors activate content through touch, turning a static information area into an experience that invites exploration and connection.

3. AR Photo Experience — Capture a Moment with Rocky

At this experience point inside the campus, users see themselves on screen in real time as they step in front of the camera. At that exact moment, Trendyol's entrepreneurial mascot Rocky walks onto the scene, interacts briefly with the user and poses alongside them. The system captures the moment automatically, turning it into a high-quality photo ready for digital sharing.

For all three experiences, Harikalar led the entire process — concept, design, software and on-site installation.

Hologram

  • Custom holographic projection unit design and production

  • Lighting and audio management tuned to the entrance area

Interactive Wall

  • Physical buttons integrated into the wall
  • Custom content management interface for each headline
  • Touchscreen + button combination

AR Photo — Rocky

  • Real-time AR integration of the Rocky character
  • High-speed camera + automatic moment-capture algorithm
  • QR code / email delivery for digital sharing

Our team — mechatronics engineering, 3D/VR production, on-site setup & operations — managed the full process on campus.

Results

The three experience zones became a permanent part of Trendyol Maslak Campus. Hologram carries the brand's global scale, the interactive wall tells the positive impact story, and Rocky builds a warm connection — three messages, three technologies, one campus.

Every visitor now gets to know the brand by experiencing it, not just reading about it. For employees, the common areas they walk through daily have turned into stages that retell the brand's story.
