Ehsan Centre Inauguration

The inauguration of Ehsan, a centre focused on empowerment and care for older people, would bring the institution’s social purpose into a formal gathering. The setting needed to reflect both its institutional identity and respect for the people it serves.

For the inauguration by Minister of Social Development and Family Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi, the stage, technical arrangements, branding and event space needed to be delivered together.

At a social-service institution’s inauguration, the value of design lies in allowing the institution’s purpose to be felt throughout the setting. Formal character and a human-centred atmosphere need to be balanced within one approach.

Connecting the visible event elements with their technical support creates a coherent institutional presence across the stage, branding and space.

We delivered the complete event setup and execution. Stage production, space preparation, branding and technical arrangements were produced and coordinated within one delivery process.

The physical and technical event elements came together in a setting suited to Ehsan’s inauguration programme. Design, setup and execution were managed as parts of the same delivery.
