TİSK 28th Ordinary General Assembly

We brought 60 years of institutional memory to the stage not to look back, but to see the future together.

TİSK 28th Ordinary General Assembly - TİSK - Project Video
01 — Brief

Brief

TİSK’s 28th Ordinary General Assembly was an important gathering representing six decades of institutional experience. Welcoming senior government protocol, business leaders and more than 1,000 participants, the program needed to carry institutional weight while meeting contemporary communication expectations.

The experience had to move the formal agenda forward without interruption while connecting the institution’s history, present role and future outlook within one narrative. Senior-protocol requirements needed to be handled precisely without making the participant experience feel rigid.

We turned 60 years from a timeline into an experience that opened toward the future.
02 — Insight

Insight

Institutional memory is not made visible through archive images and anniversary messages alone. It gains power when accumulated experience is reinterpreted in today’s language and used to create shared meaning for the future.

We therefore treated the 60th year not as a nostalgic frame, but as a design principle expressing TİSK’s continuity and capacity to evolve.

03 — The Idea

The Idea

We reinterpreted TİSK’s 60th-anniversary identity through a contemporary stage and content language. Rather than leaving the legacy in the past, we created an integrated visual system carrying the ideas of continuity and transformation through every chapter.

Stage, screen content and program transitions worked as different expressions of one identity, turning the formal agenda into a clear and consistent narrative.

60-Year Legacy

Institutional experience moved into today’s visual and content language without repeating the past.

Senior Protocol

Protocol, security, timing and participant flow were managed within one operational plan.

Integrated Stage Language

Stage architecture, screen content and transitions became parts of one institutional identity.

Controlled Flow

The formal agenda and technical production worked together to create a calm, uninterrupted experience.

04 — Execution

Execution

At Ankara Congresium, we integrated stage architecture, visual content, the speaking program and technical production within one operational plan. Every transition preserved both the rhythm of the formal agenda and the continuity of the 60th-anniversary narrative.

Senior protocol, security and timing requirements were managed in parallel with audience experience and content flow. The invisible operational discipline appeared on stage as calm, controlled coherence.
