MEXT Technology Center Opening
We opened more than a technology center. We activated every connection at once.
MEXT · AUGUST 2020
Brief
MEXT’s opening was about more than unveiling a new building. A new meeting point for Türkiye’s manufacturing and technology ecosystem was coming to life, and its very first moment needed to make that ambition visible.
The experience had to unite senior protocol, multiple production sites and more than 5,000 participants within one story. Every touchpoint, from the physical ceremony to the digital broadcast, needed to be managed as one system and carry the same sense of quality.
“We did not describe MEXT’s connected vision. We turned it into the way the opening worked.”
Insight
The value of a technology center lies not only in the technology it houses, but in how powerfully it connects people and production sites. The opening needed to do more than state that idea; it needed to prove it in real time.
So we did not treat the stage as the only center and every other location as a remote audience. We designed each location as an equal part of one live, shared experience.
The Idea
We designed the opening as a live connected experience in which the physical stage and broadcasts from production sites completed one another. Every moment at the center expanded through live contributions from other locations and the online audience.
Technology stopped being something discussed on stage and became the invisible infrastructure holding 42 live channels, protocol and thousands of participants together.
One Opening, Many Locations
The physical stage, production sites and online participants met in one live narrative.
42 Broadcast Channels
Simultaneous broadcasts, content and connection flows were coordinated from one center.
Stage and Protocol
Stage design and senior-protocol flow worked as parts of the same experience plan.
Connected Ecosystem
MEXT’s role in connecting manufacturing and technology became the way the event itself worked.
Execution
From stage design and broadcast direction to content flow and senior-protocol management, we built the entire system around one experience plan. The rhythm inside the venue and the broadcast followed remotely carried the same story at the same time.
Coordinating 42 simultaneous live channels required real-time control of video, content and connections. Every transition was designed to link locations without interrupting the opening narrative.
